We offer Grind and Seal Concrete solutions designed to improve both the functionality and appearance of commercial floor spaces. This system is highly customizable—available in a traditional clear finish to highlight the natural look of concrete or in custom-tinted colors (See Below) to match your branding or design preferences.  

*Grind and Seal Colors only to be used on Concrete applications.  Layering of colors can be done to create custom colors.  Color will vary between products and sheens. Please request an actual color sample or apply sample on site before beginnig any project

Our Grind and Seal system is ideal for warehouses, laundry facilities, dog kennels, restaurants, manufacturing plants, and other high-traffic commercial environments. The process begins by mechanically grinding the concrete to remove imperfections and open up the surface.  Crack Repair as needed, then we then apply a clear protective sealer, with the option of premium polyaspartic coatings, which deliver outstanding durability and defense.

Adding this clear protective barrier not only improves the floor’s resistance to chemical spills, abrasion, moisture, and staining, but also increases the value of your property by enhancing its appearance and extending the life of the floor. The polished, sealed surface adds brightness, reflects light, and projects professionalism, making your facility more appealing to both customers and employees.

Our polyaspartic topcoats are especially effective in demanding environments. They offer fast cure times, UV stability, and excellent resistance to wear, providing a finish that’s easy to clean, low-maintenance, and built to last—even under heavy use.
